Welcome to Viva La Vida (Living the Life); this two-bedroom one bath house located on the canal will be a high light of your vacation. Located less than a mile from the beach in a quite community with access to a swimming pool, Marina and other community amenities. If you need to accommodate more then 8 people then consider renting the Caption’s Quarters which is a 1-bedroom studio also available for less under this 2-bedroom unit. To rent both units at a discount look for La Buena Vida.

Viva La Vida does have some unique features like a boat dock, downstairs laundry room, fish cleaning station, Gas BBQ pit (gas is not guaranteed) and exclusive use of the upper deck.During your stay you are welcome to use the concert dock leading to boat dock and the boat dock as well. The community swimming pool which is seasonal ( summer months only), marina and other community amenities are shared. Also provided is a queen air mattress for the living area. Best location to set that up is actual in the dinning area.

You will need a car; it is suggested that you do your grocery shopping in town prior to your arrival. There are local grocery stores but be prepared to pay up to 4 time what you will pay in town. Beach is a short drive less than a mile. A golf cart to rent is available my request.
