Welcome to La Buena Vida (Living the Good Life); In this listing you are actually renting two separates but connected units. The top floor know as Viva La Vida is a 2-bedroom 1 bath and the downstairs know as Captain’s Quarters is a 1-bedroom studio with 1 bath. Occupying both units will accommodate a total of 12 people. we are located less than a mile from the beach in a quite community with access to a swimming pool, Marina and other community amenities. Use of the boat dock is included.

No shared spaces here, you have access to the entire property. enjoy the upper deck where you can fish, lounge or just hand out. Below you can dock your boat, use the fish cleaning station or enjoy some shaded areas on that hot summer days. Being that this is two separate units you actually have two refrigerators, a deep freezer, washer and dryer, two kitchens one of which is a micro kitchen and basically two of everything else. To avoid an extra charge please see that anything use from either units is returned to their proper unit when you are done. We also have a BBQ pit which is gas (gas is not guaranteed), plenty of seating and access to a golf cart for an extra fee. Come and live the good life at La Buena Vida.

You will need a car; it is suggested that you do your grocery shopping in town prior to your arrival. There are local grocery stores but be prepared to pay up to 4 time what you will pay in town. Beach is a short drive less than a mile. A golf cart to rent is available my request.
