This 1BR (sleeps 6) Galveston condo offers an amazing location right on the Seawall with tempting gulf views. . Enjoy sparkling community pools, an updated kitchen - and did we mention you can walk to the beach?
This condo has been decorated with bright beach colors for that vacation vibe. An open concept living area seats 4, with sliding glass doors out to the balcony. Step outside and drink in beautiful beach views.
With granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances including a stove/oven, and microwave, it couldn’t be easier to whip up a snack or even a meal.
This unit can accommodate 6 people, 4 adults and two children under the age of 13. The sleeping arrangements are as follows; 1 queen in master, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room and two micro twins in the hall way.
Your stay also includes access to the complex’s two pools; one which is heated, BBQ park, and free WIFI.
This is a vacation rental not a hotel.
Condo is located right on the seawall and close to several attractions in Galveston. Walk down to the 61st Street Fishing Pier, a family-friendly destination where you can rent equipment, enjoy pizza and ice cream, and reel in a big catch.
You’ll also find several family-friendly dining and entertainment options within walking distance, including Golden Corral, Tortuga Mexican Kitchen, Waffle House, and the shops at Galveston Place Mall.
The beach is across the street and Pleasure Pier are only 2 miles from our door.

Getting Around
Uber, Lyft, Taxi and the recently added Trolley makes it possibility to travel around Galveston without worrying about parking. You can even use the Trolley to take you downtown on the Strand.
Effective November 1st 2022 the parking fee will increase from $30 to $40 plus tax is required for every reservation and or Vehicle registered good for up to 30 days. "No cash is accepted at the front office."

My name is Matthew Mamo; owner and Broker for Team Mamo Realty, Inc located in Spring Texas. Vacation rentals are a new part of my business but quickly become the favorite part of my business. I personal get involved in all design and decoration of each unit and try hard to theme each one so they don't look like the same generic condo or hotel room. If my family and I are not willing to stay in my units we don't list them. Cleanliness is extremely important and a top priority in ever unit I list.Location
